Randy knows what he’s doing but customer service doesn’t give him more info to technicians. I sent pictures, videos & emails to show what was wrong but apparently he never saw or heard what the real issues were & came empty handed asking “what’s the problem?” REALLY???? Hahahahaha .BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE but Randy did great !!
I was slightly disappointed and how long it took Appliance repair services to get to the service request from my extended warranty company. They sent it over on Friday and I didn’t hear anything until the following Wednesday.
But jack is excellent!
Jaime arrived on time. He knew exactly what the problem. His experience and knowledge is greatly appreciated!
James was on time and presented himself well. Ordered the part needed and repaired my dryer in a timely manner.
