No answer at the door. Office called CX. Told CX im at the home.Answered. NEED MORE PARTS THE EVAP COVER IS IN ICE AND WILL BREAK. ON ORDER. ; ordrng 1 5304519654 (Evap cover)

Issue is the electronics are turning on and off. The control board is clicking. Removed power checked connections. Found loose connection at the behind cold control. Corrected issue. Also check and reset the harness connectors on main board. All ops normal.

The compressor will not start buzzing only. The unit is not cool8ng. Ordering compressor kit. ; ordrng 1 W10507884 (Compressor kit) and 1 WP2188823 (Evap coil)

The freezer motor is not moving. Ice locked. The motor is not moving. Need fan and heater. ; ordrng 1 5304530651 (Evap motor) and 1 5304526183 (Timer)

"CX says the washer will not stop, had to removed power. Restored power ran test cycle, no error codes, found a bad capacitor. Replaced the cap restored power, ran a test for operation. Door lock is operational. Agitate, and spin operational. The unit is operational."
