Customer stated that the user interface is not responding again. Called tech line File number 7738903353 told to replace main control and interface and have customer run filter on outlet. Ordering console and control not in stock.; ordrng 1 W11370450 (Console) and 1 W11350212 (Control)

Customer stated that the unit will not start. Found magnet off slider. Removed and replaced slider. Tested all works good at this time

Customer stated that the unit is making a grinding noise found pulley on transmission is grinding due to the shaft in the transmission slipping. Removed and replaced drive pulley and transmission test. It all works good at this time.

Customer stated unit stopped mid cycle. Four pump restriction. Cleared and tested all works good at this time.

Customer stated that the unit is not starting a cycle. Found someone repaired the harness for drain pump. Removed and replaced harness and found shorted relay on control board. Removed and replaced control board tested all works good at this time.
