"Upon arrival fridge was on cooling off. Turn on fridge call tech support to ran diagnostic test. All sensors pass and Evap fan pass auger motor pass, ice fan pass. Tech support instruct to order ACU. Customer will call back if decision is made to order part. Here the case from tech support 7738399900; ordrng 1 W11321365 (ACU)"

Put on diagnostic and door not locking. Door striker broke and door latch. Install latch and striker. Run washer working to factory standard.

"Unit had small articles of clothing caught under agitator, removed and replaced, advised customer to use garment bag for small items, tested unit working as designed"

Installed new drain pump and tested unit working a designed

Installed washplate and tested unit. Unit is working properly. Customer approves function at this time.
