Our check, George is amazing, hes very knowledgeable. Hes very personable, hes very good at what he does. He answered some questions for us on other GE appliances period I don't think I've ever had a repair person technician as good as George I think George deserves a raise in pay.

GE makes a great product, but when something happens we are proud to send out one of our best to your home. George is an awesome member of our team and we appreciate your review!

The two star rating isn't about George's performance. He could only do so much. The problem was with G.E. and their product. It took 3 months to resolve the problem on a brand new refrigerator. The stress & inconvenience was overwhelming & unnecessary. Would NEVER refer this product to anyone.

The new electronics that replaced the old one, were a little hard to figure out. Paul was kind enough to go through the correct process to turn on the oven. Weird process that is not logical but works.
