"CX Reports three days ago the dryer stoped drying after the third load started. Said after the unit didnt heat. POWER CHECK SHOWS GOOD SUPPLY. Disassembled the unit the wire to heater burnt out at the element. THIS IS A MANUFACTURE ISSUE. NEED TO CALL TRCHLINE, IN A MEETING. REPORTING THE DEFECTIVE WIRE ISSUE. SEE HOW THEY WANT TO PROCEED.
