Tyler checked the washer and informed us that there’s nothing wrong w/ the machine; possible clogged pipe that drains out water to outside.
However he didnt help me dry the tray full of water that overflowed to floor and kitchen ceiling.He could be more helpful as I was upset that the water from the machine overflowed and possibly damage my floorings.
