I was confirmed for a Monday appointment, so I rearranged my work schedule only to be notified the night before that the schedule had been overbooked and I was going to be bumped out. The day that they wanted to reschedule was difficult for me because of the initial rearranging. The service man was awesome, though!

My wife is 83 years old and during course of marriage we have several May tag wash machines this has had our worse The wash machine left brown spots on our white clothes to the cost of replacement of $100.00 The service man told her it because soap was not coming out one the articles. He told her to use the bedding cycle to cure the problem. solved

It took 2 appointments to fix my dryer door. When I called for the appt., I explained that my dryer door would no longer shut. It is a simple part. The first repairman came with out the part. It took another 5 days for them to replace it. I talked to management, supposedly, and he said it was a miscommunication. It was very irritating.

Lowe's Dryer repair/a disaster!

This has taken months: 1st the quarantine, then the service to decide what was wrong, then the part didn't come in. Once the "repair" was supposedly completed, the dryer still DOES NOT WORK!!!! I'm at a loss for words, other than to say I want a new, working dryer!!!!!
