The warranty claim on our refrigerator was referred to Appliance Repair Specialists (ARS). George (the service technician) quickly diagnosed the cause of the problem and ordered a replacement diffuser. Once the part came in, he returned and quickly installed the new part. ARS kept us fully informed as to when George would arrive. Great service at no cost to us.

It's been two weeks since my warranty call on my Whirlpool stove. ARS already rescheduled twice which means I've have to arrange to be at home twice -- for nothing. You can't speak to a human by phone --their auto-attendant is AI-driven and just takes a message. Unfortunately, it's what I've come to expect from most service companies these days.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Their employees are not qualified nor are they knowledgeable in appliance repair. They patch up without resolving the issue and instead making things worse and creating other issues which they will not own up to and won’t fix unless you pay more money. Worth noting that they themes elves have to call the manufacturer for help because they don’t know what they are doing. Save your hard earned money and your peace and go with someone else.

One of the shadiest companies in Kern County. Do not hire them for any service. Not only do they not know what they are doing. Instead of fixing, they broke my washer and now are refusing to come back out to fix what THEY broke. Find someone else. Trust me.

I paid $175 and the repair guy never showed up. Stayed home from 8am-4pm waiting. I tried calling the number and I sat on hold for 30 min several times, I tried texting, never got an update never got a call Still haven’t heard from them and after sitting on hold for 30 min I got hung up on
