We appreciated the service and are grateful to have the cooktop replaced. I was a little disappointed you would allow me 60 seconds to wipe up the food mess under the cooktop. There was no good reason why not other than you didn't want to. No one is so busy they cannot extend a minute to another person.

The person was pleasant but refused to even try to fix the doors. They are not even and do not close properly. The open door alarm is almost not audiable The doors also will not close without a totally physical closure. I have been closing refrigerat
