Found the unit has a f3e1 error code stored. I removed the top panel and checked for leaking or plugged water level sensor and checked ok. I removed the code and ran a diagnostic test and all functions tested properly. Even the water level sensor. Unable to determine what happened but all functions are working properly at this time. Possibly a water level sensor going out but unable to verify. Unit is now operating properly. Job completed.

If I could put 0 stars I would. I waited over two months for the part and when I called to get updates I got the runaround or nobody knew. Finally the part was delivered to the facility but was still being told they were waiting until I told them it was received, I had the tracking number and the person who signed for it. Customer service was poor and I wouldn’t want to work with this company or Maytag again. The tech was kind but I do not recommend this company if you need repairs in a timely manner.
