Unit was not heating upon arrival. Quickly discovered that the ignitor was not turning on. Checked it out and found that it had come unplugged from the harness. Replugged and tested. Unit is now heating normally.

Cx states that he dryer was not heating anymore. Power to unit is good. Checked tstats and element and found one side of the heater was disconnected from L2. Crimped connector and replugged. Heat is now restored.

Unit was not spinning clothes out properly. Found the left rod and spring was not attached to the tub causing major off balance issues. Nothing was damaged. I reattached it and ran spin test with success. Unit is now working as designed.

F0E9. Found basket was not tightened securely to the gearcase and was wobbling. Pulled agitator and tighten the lock nut. Basket is now spinning smoothly.

Unit dryer was making excessive noise while turning. I found that one of the sliders on the upper bearing assembly was sticking out and causing the drum to skip at the seam. I corrected the issue and verified operation.
