The service was useless. The tech looked inside the freezer, said you need a new ice maker that will cost over $600. Did nothing else other than a bunch of paperwork. I went online an watched a YouTube video on how to clear an ice jam from an ice maker. Ice maker now works fine. I don’t feel I should pay for this!! Call me.

Brandon was on time and professional. He was very thorough in the diagnostic process and explained what he was doing. My issue required parts, he was able to locate them and schedule f/u appointment on the spot. Thanks to my experience w/Brandon, I know longer “dread” dealing w/appliance repair problems. Very efficient process, including the appointment tracking app, which allowed me to go about my day, knowing exactly where I was on the schedule. I definitely recommend Brandon and his team for appliance repair needs.
