JB Out 1/16/23. Customer states unit leaked water onto floor. Upon arrival found washing machine pulled 2 feet away from connections. Push wash your back and reconnected drain hose and hot and cold water supply houses. Tested washer in deep fill option bulky items cycle. Allow you need to fill as high as it would based on this cycle modifier. Allowed unit to run. Unable to verify any water leak at this time. Canceled cycle and observed water draining from wash tub into standing drain pipe and wall behind unit properly. Unable to verify any mechanical defect or water leak at this time. No parts used. Advise customer of one time courtesy no charge on a no defect found service called visit. No charge to customer. Job complete.

Customer has talked with Frigidaire regarding cosmetic issue and verified cosmetic issue will not be covered under manufactures warranty per Frigidaire customer service. Contacted Whirlpool Techline and spoke with Master Technician Andy. Tested molex connection and verified intermittent Common from J1-3 to Common junction connection to defrost heater. Contacted Whirlpool Factory Tech Line again to document intermittent Common, spoke with Kirk who will convey this to product review. Reassembled unit and left in running order.
