Replaced actuator and ran diagnostic cycle successfully without interruption or error codes displayed.lid not unlocking unless I plug machine and still not draining water out of drum completely.calling techline to put unit up for review due to washer being rebuilt and replacing multiple parts multiple times.; schdld next appmnt for 4/10 WED !

upon arrival inspected unit found that striker was broken. Replaced striker. Customer also advised me of a clicking noise during agitate looked under unit. Found that stater bolt was a little loose. Was able to tighten it tested unit unit is working as intended. Job complete.
