I think the fixing service itself is great — the servicemen are good, and appliance repair notifies me in a prompt manner of their arrival. I’m giving this two stars, however, because I think there’s more the customer service team could have done. Whirlpool wasn’t communicating to me on when the parts order would come and when i finally was able to reach them, they said the parts order was submitted 2 weeks after my serviceman arrived which is one of the reasons why it was taking so long to get my fridge fixed. I asked ARS for updates as well but they just kept blaming Whirlpool rather than giving me a specific answer. They could have done more to get details from Whirlpool but I had to do everything between the 2 companies.

Juan is very patient and professional, he did a great job fixing my fridge, very trustworthy.
