"(FILE NUMBER TECHLINE 12801661). CALLED TECHLINE THE UNIT IS NOT SPINNING, after 5sec. Said check the speed sensor it could have failed. THIS IS A NEW ISSUE, THE MOTOR PULLEY HAS FAILED. THE PULLEY MOVES FREELY OF THE MOTOR SHAFT, CAUSE OF ISSUE. I have a video of the pulley moving freely. The belt twisted and the sensor was hit by the belt. Shifter, belt and speed sensor all affected. ; ordrng 1 WH03X32218 (Motor pulley) and 1 WH01X24180 (Belt) and 1 WH03X32158 (Speed sensor) and 1 WH03X30517 (Shifter)"

"Increasingly loud noise while washer is in use. No errors in the system. Found the capacitor is loose under the washer causing noise. Installed 5/16 screw to secure the capacitor. The movement caused some damage to the belt , and pulley. Replaced both components. Completed assembly, ran calibration cycle. Passed. All ops normal. DONE."

A pretty simple fix, obstruction in the drain line, it took several tries to keep washer running. The washer door has to be just right or washer will stop running. We had that problem when we first bought it. We have used the washer only a couple times since the repair so whether the door is positioned just right is still questionable.
