"JB out 4/20/24.Customer states refrigerator is not cold at all and refrigerator is cooling but only as much as a refrigerator, not freezing. Ice in storage bin has melted and drip down. Causing water leak. Foods be stored in freezer. Are refrigerated. Food not frozen foods. Upon arrival fied foods have been removed from fresh food section. Found refrigerator section slightly overloaded. Further inspection found evaporator, covered heavily, frosted, indicating defrost problem. Unit is not defrosting. Ran diagnostic test and verified. Defrost sensor is OPEN.Ordering replacement, defrost sensor, defrost sensor, clip, and heater assembly. Customer has been advised to reduce how much food is stored in the freezer to allow for proper air circulation. Advise customer to remove all foods from refrigerator, freezer, unplug unit from electrical supply, leave both doors open to allow for complete defrost for 36 hours. Also to place towels on floor in front of refrigerator and freezer to catch water From melting ice.Customer is stating both he and his wife work and are only available anytime on Saturdays only or anytime during the week after 2:30 PM. Informed customer of request documented but after 2:30 PM is not promised and service call may be on Saturday depending on when parties arrived at ARS.Ordering parts NOTE: Advise, customer refrigerator, and freezer must be completely defrosted for minimum of 36 hours unplugged from electricity and with both doors open prior to service call. If unit is not completely defrosted, it is impossible to install replacement part and service will be delayed. Customer states he will defrost unit for 36 hours with both doors open and the unit unplugged and all foods removed.; ordrng 1 W11546684 (CLIP -THERMISTOR) and 1 WPW10384183 (THERMISTOR-DEFROST) and 1 W11650662 (HEATER ASSEMBLY-DEFROST)"

"JB out 4/17/24Removed dryer, front cover, and drum.Verified no neutral going to advanced motor. Spoke with Corey at General Electric TAG. Verified wire harness failure. Wire harness, main and wire harness. Use the interface. (TIMER) . Also, ordering replacement assembly and thermostats please allow job count of three on return visit to replace matching MAIN WIRE HARNESSDryer does not operate. Please do not use.
