Wont spin or drain confirmed. Found drain hose to standpipe not sufficient and leaking on cold side water valve, valve was turned off due to this leak. Installers had left it off. Malfunctions had occurred as a result.

We have had our repair guy come in twice already over the last few weeks and we still do not have a working dishwasher. He has to keep ordering new parts. We have not heard back about when he is coming back out to finish yet.

Although Rod is a very nice man, evidently the contract you have with Amana prevented him from declaring this brand new POS machine a lemon. He was willing to make 3 attempts to repair it but I can no longer be without a working washer. Your phone reps were very helpful, sending copies of the electronic invoices so I can fight with Amana.
