"E0 fault code. Customer is tired of dealing with this IM failing to produce ice consistently. ARS has been out 4x now for this issue. Called WPTS(7738901824) and explained that I had found. The FC and RC temperatures are at there set temps. The FC ,RC and IM fan all work. The IM fills when made to in service mode. The IM passes service tests. WPTS speculates it might be a logic issue, a bin temperature issue or any other # of possibilities caused by intermittent fans, etc. They have suggested putting a data logger in the bin to ensure cooling through it is consistent. ; ordrng 1 W11634312 (Ui) and 1 WPW10577864 (Dorace) and 1 W11025614 (Mullion)"

Installed parts and checked for proper operation.

The unit has a bad set of suspensions that will need to be replaced. Customer is requesting an early call.; ordrng 2 WH16X26909 (WASHING MACHINE ROD & SPRING-LEFT-BLUE)s and 2 WH16X26908 (ROD & SPRING ASM RIGHT - RED)s

Found unit leaking around gasket. Installed parts sent to customer. Unit not leaking.
