The experience was terrible the service with you guys is bad my washer broke in December 24 and it didn’t get fully fixed until January 28th Enrique had to come to my house 3 times and in the Two times he came out he didn’t fix anything if it wasn’t one thing it was another so I will not be giving you or him a good review. We are supper upset with the service geek squad has to Offer on insurance services!! I really hope there isn’t a next time but if there is I hope the experience can be better then this last time.

Well I'm glad that its finally fixed, but dissapointed it took so long, because that costed me too much in trips to the laundromat. Also didn't appreciate that the first technician never did anything. The second one (Enrique) did a great job.

While my washing machine was fixed, getting the company to show up and perform the work took way too long from time i called Lowes protection services to when they actually came out. First i was assigned an appt while the tech who only works my area was on vacation but instead of honoring that time and sending a different tech, they twice moved the appt date. I will ask Lowes protection services to use a different vendor to fix issues with my products from now on.

He’s worked on my washer three times. Fixed every problem every time. They’ve always been new issues though. Maytag doesn’t last like they used to. But he knew right away what the problem was.

We had a four month old KitchenAid dish washer that was not working properly, I had called Whirlpool direct who sent us thru Appliance Repair Specialists (ars.repair). Who set up our appointment and even ordered parts ahead of time, our service man Enrique Rojas arrived on time, was very professional an knowledgable. Finished our repair in a timely manner. We are very happy with the whole experience, and would use ARS repair again if needed.
