Washer stop mid cycle. In diagnostics found; f7e5-shifter fault. Quick cycle test didnt pass. Gearcase very loud and leaking. Rusty parts due to leak. It would have been a 5 but it took a couple of days to get service. Noones fault as the Tech was out ill, and the communication was great, but since it was our refrigerator, we lost some dairy goods.
