Found ice trapping in the ice maker itself not allowing it to continue with its cycle. I removed the ice maker assembly and removed the stuck ice. It will take 24 hours to fill container without any use of that time. Temps checked ok at 35 in the refrigerator section and four to five degrees in the freezer.

Found the part that reads the coins as they drop into the unit is no longer attached to the coin drop itself. Needs new coin drop. 175.00 trip and diagnostic. J13 labor for coin drop 163.68. So total is 338.68. Part is covered. Customer payed 180 and remaining balance is 158.68. ; ordrng 1 w10133242 (Coin drop)

My serviceman was Francisco he was very polite and informative. He was able to fix my washer quickly and he explained how to get my washer to work the best it can. He checked to insure everything was clean, behind and under the washer. I highly recommend Appliance Repair Specialists and thank them for there excellent service.
