Customer states the unit stopped cooling. Dispatched under warranty.Found the LEDs inside on the UI responsive but unit was not attempting to cool. I was able to turn on fans in service mode. Checked inverter and found 120 +dc voltage during the riser ice test. Unit had to be unplugged for it to start operating. Once power was cycled the unit appeared to operating as designed. I feel the main control and UI should be replaced to avoid reoccurrence.; ordrng 1 W10843055 (Main control) and 1 W11728331 (UI)

Customer states there is no ice.Dispatched under warranty.Replaced harness and the IM began to cycle. The IM finished without water coming in. No valve noise can be heard. Jumpered to valve and still it did not open. Unit will need a valve. The valve was working when I first started this call. The dispenser side is working.The unit will need to be pulled out so I can access the back. Everthing around and on top will need to be removed.; ordrng 1 WPW10179146 (Valve assembly)
