CUstomer states the control LEDs no longer light up and the unit does not start cycles.Dispatched under warranty.Found control had 120vac to it but no function. Disconnected all peripheral devices to see if one of them is causing the issue. LEDs still did not light up and the control had no function. Replaced control and tested unit checks ok.

"Customer states the lid is broken and the unit stops mid cycle.Dispatched under warranty.Found lid lock fault codes. Cleared codes, replaced the lid and both hinge springs. Tested unit and found it operating as designed."

Customer states the IM does not work and the filter does not stay in the housing.Dispatched under warranty (per conversation with the office).The unit is wedged in the counter the customer pulled out the unit far enough for them to turn off the water. Replaced mullion and manifold.

"Customer states the unit will sometimes not finish the cycles and leds on the control are present.Dispatched under warranty.Customer feels it was the wash and rinse LEDs that were lit. Checked flow of hot and cold valves and they looked good . Inspected screens and found they are clean. Ran a large load cycle and found the unit faulted when filling. Inspected the pressure switch and found the tube is loose cut off a 1/4 and reconnected. Tested unit and it was able to fill,without fault."

CUstomer has a condenser fan motor that needs replacement.Dispatched under warranty.Replaced condenser fan and ensured operation.

The IM sent this time is a 3 ball IM. These are in the FC. I need the upper IM for the dispenser. The last one looked similar but the harness attachments are not the same. Parts research needed.; O-emld tckt

Customer states unit sporadically leaks. Dispatched under warranty.Replaced top ring.

Customer states the clothes are not always dry at the end of the cycle.Dispatched under warranty.Ran a timed dry high heat cycle with the unit connected to the ducting and removed. The temp fluctuation is higher when connected by 5-10 degrees Fahrenheit. Checked for faults and found none. Cleaned moisture sensor probes with white vinegar. Unit operating as designed. Home has a slight vent restriction which will affect drying performance. The home ducting will need to be professionally cleaned for better drying results when connected to the home ducting.
