Arrived and unit drain pump comes on and only stops if basket is spun by hand. Then unit locked lid and will not unlock. Calling tech line. Sr#7738987178. Recommended to replace control and pump together. ; ordrng 1 W11481108 (Control) and 1 W11396717 (Pump)

8-4 float switch open. 9-2 drain error. Inspected overflow switch and it was dry. Unit would not start. Replaced switch with new and ran full diagnostic tests. Unit passed all tests and is working per design job complete

Very impressed! Timothy came to my home, believed me when I told him the machine vibrates, but does not physically move.
He got right on it and lie and behold he found some broken plastic parts on a ????? (I don’t know the name of the part), he fix it and gave me some tips on how the washer works
I couldn’t have been more impressed. He knows his machines!
