"JB out 10/23/23.Customer has noticed burn marks on the back of the vent inside the dryer along the back wall. Upon arrival inspected dryer, drum and bulkhead. Found dark burn marks on stainless steel heat outlets. Advise customer this is the end of the run from the firebox and this is normal. This heat mark can be seen on any manufacturers dryer And is 100% normal. Inspected Installation Ducting found correctly done. Tested dryer and inspected exhaust vent hood found a cumulation of lint in Exhaust vent hood. Recommend customer contact a qualified vent and Ducting cleaning service. No Defect found. No repair needed. No charge to customer. Job complete."
