Customer states unit does not always drain water out or complete cycle. States unit usually stalls at 33 minutes remaining. Tested washer in bulky item cycle with one blanket And one duvet cover. Observe proper water fill, agitation action and allow unit to run undisturbed.. Found customer using HE turbo parts. Recommend highly against HE turbo parts as they are too highly concentrated for this low fill high-efficiency washing machine. Advise too many soapsuds prevent a pump from draining water quickly enough and will leave wet at the end of the cycle.
