Found the unit has a f7e1 error code. Found the motor open on the windings. I replaced the sump and motor assembly and ran a diagnostic tested. The drain pump was louder the pan normally on initial power up but thats because it was running dry. After running water and doing a diagnostic cycle all functions worked and sounded normally. All functions now ok and I removed the error codes stored. Job completed.
