"The units exhaust fan is not able to capture the steam coming from the front of the cooktop. Customers burners are positioned about a foot forward from the vents. The fan is working as designed, but it is not powerful enough to pull the steam that far. Instructed customer on using back burners as an alternative to the front so that the exhaust fan will do its job more effectively, but the large burners are located on the front of the cooktop. I cant change anything about their set up so I referred customer to GE customer support. They would like to exchange the microwave for a different GE model. Unit is operating as designed. Complete"

Found the door sealing just fine. This is a different issue from last visit. The original issue is the refrigerator door was staying open about an inch. I reinstalled the seal and that took care of that. This issue was the return ducts frozen so no air flow the the refrigerator section. I removed all the ice with my steamer and reinstalled all parts. The air is now circulating throughout both cavities. Job completed.
