Customer is experiencing poor washing and rinsing due to clothes being laid around the agitator causing the clothes to twist into each other. Unit was working perfectly fine with me there other then the clothes being twisted. Instructed customer on proper loading techniques. Customer stated that sometime she loads it that way and it will still not work. Still having issues rinsing and spinnning. Sometimes it wont agitate. Sometimes it willl. Other times it will just sit there and spin slowly. Problem seems pretty inconsistent and if problem was with the unit. The problem would be consistent with every load.
