"Visual and physical inspection was conducted and a few facts that contribute to the unit present issues, Freezers door was left opened for an extended time period, the freezers door seal is ripped at bottom right corner, condenser motor is out, and so mullion is hot to the touch, and last, the condenser coils are filthy. Also, units cabinet is presenting some physical damages that could be observed on pictures. As for now, lady owner asked for total estimate without cleaning the coils. She said they will do that on their own, and oils let us know later if she wants the needed repairs to be done. Note; The lady owner is very argumentative, irritated and like to twist technicians words, as she did right before me with her husband. As I was explaining to her what I was finding along the way during my diagnosis, she keeps on telling husband on the phone different that I was relating to her.
