Upon inspecting the unit, found the drain hose is not connected to a proper drain outlet. There is a pvc extension pipe, close to the wall, the unit is connected to a port on that pvc extension. Pointed it out to the customer, advised him the proper connection would be using an air gap, and connected to the garbage disposer. The second option would be to connect it directly to the garbage disposer, but to make sure a section of the drain hose is secured at a higher point than where it connects to the garbage disposer to eliminate the possibility of dirty water from the sink to flow into the unit. The unit is working as designed."

Fixed- found suspension to be weak causing basket to bang side walls during spin cycles- basket also has dropped from weak suspension- I then installed new ones (suspension rods) calibration test pass- auto test pass- no error codes- no leaks- basket not banging side walls- customer approved repair
