Customer concern was right rail was crooked compared to other side and she had hard time closing it when it was fully loaded. Nothing on there is broken and the rail is in working condition and is normal to have some wobble on it. Had her load the dishwasher and we closed the door and it closed properly. As diagnostics was activate, would point out the different sounds, and explained what was going on at those times. Customer reports those were some of the sounds he was concerned about.
