Verified no mechanical issues. Suggest customer try using cycle modifiers i.e. higher water levels and warmer temperatures to achieve better levels of clean. Customer is using clean water cycle. Found customer uses tide HE turbo. Instructions to HE turbo is six times the concentration of regular HE detergent and does not wash out of clothing easily in high-efficiency, lol Phil washing machines. recommend use of HE only detergents, no turbo. And very, very small amounts typically 1 teaspoon. No parts used. No charge to customer. Job complete"
