Unit has been leaking since the install and not sure what might have caused this issue other then there is not shut off valve on water one. Its just coming through the wall to fridge. Major for damage do to water leaking behind fridge from water line going to fridge. Has a few couplers and no shut off valve. When I was there last to look at ice maker causing big ice clumps fridge didnt need to be pulled out was on the phone with tech line. Customer or someone needs to talk to how installed unit. Customer has gotten know were and thats why we were out to see the damage. Job completed

Cx stated flexi-slide bin isnt working correctly. Hard to pull drawer out. Inspected drawer and sliding function. This unit is brand new and drawer needs time to be broken in. Recommended to cx that they use the drawer and with time it will break in and become easier to slide. Unit operating as designed. Job complete.
