I removed and replace the inverter for the compressor. It took a little while there most be a delay but the compressor and condenser fan turned on. I then reinstalled control cover and compressor compartment cover. I checked the temp in the refrigerator and started at 50-50 degrees and before I left it was at 43. The unit is a triple evaporator so it will take 24-48 hours for temps to normalize. Customer is aware. Job completed.

"Cx states clothes are went at the end of quick wash cycle. Cx has no issues with any other cycle. Checked drain pump for obstructions. No obstructions on drain pump or coin catch. Cx has clothes in washer, ready for testing. Performed a full quick wash cycle with the clothes Cx had in unit. Unit completed cycle with no functional failures. Clothes is damp but not soaked. Cx also confirmed that it was acceptable and not too wet. After a more in depth conversation with the Cx, stated that they like to use the quick wash cycle for their clothes because of the short length of quick wash cycle. Cx is having clothes too wet at end of cycle due to the load size being too large. Cx is washing jeans, bath towels, and other bulky items with quick wash cycle. I explained to Cx that the quick wash cycle is designed for light and small loads. Bigger and heavier loads will not wash properly on quick wash cycle. Unit operating as designed. Will pseudo call for Tuesday to document with WPL techline. ; schdld next appmnt for 3/11 TUE !"

"Tech support 7741026699 Brandon upon arrival inspected unit pumped out temperature sensor at room temp it owned at 1100 K which is good top burners were not sparking during my inspection of that. I found spark switches not connected correctly. Reconnected them all top burners are working now after that contact the tech-support ran a average temp. Check on the unit. Unit reached 425° got down to 297°. You could hear the valve open, but the spark module would never spark again at this point tech-support advised me to order a DSI board for the unit this job will need to be scheduled during the week. All parts are ordered by the office but will need to be during the week so I can re-document with tech-support.; O-emld tckt"
