"Remove faulty compressor, install the new on the unit. Pressurize the system and no leaks found at this time. Vacuum the unit and system holds the vacuum. Recharge the system with 4.5 oz of refrigerant R134a. Retest the unit and now unit starts cooling down, after power on, back the unit, compressor seems to run properly after 30 minutes, and unit starts to cooling down. Inform the customer to wait at least 24 hours for proper temperatures. Job complete"

"Upon arrival found unit with door closed and clothes on the inside, the amount of load inside of the unit was way to much, clothe was all the way to the top of the drum. Check for error code and found F3E1, this about water level system. Erase the code and check the water flow sensor, and connector is loose causing the failure. Readjust the connector. Retest the unit on test mode and passes all the test at this time. Additional refer the customer to user manual to avoid this super overloading of the unit."

Cx states unit not heating correctly. Both upper and lower ovens. Cx also stated lower oven heats unevenly. Cx has to rotate food to cook evenly. Preheated lower oven to 350. There is a discrepancy between actual oven temp and display reading. Actual temps seem to be 75 degrees Fahrenheit higher than display reading. Actual oven temp reached 415 by end of preheating. Temp dropped down to 350 and stayed there for the next 15 minutes. Lower oven is functioning properly. Preheated upper oven on regular bake set to 350. Unit took 10 minutes to preheat. Max temp was 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Minimum temperature was 368. Set upper oven offset to -15. Unit operating as designed. Job complete.
