When in diagnostics test 4 unit leveled out and unplugged 35 and 35. Sr number 7733120947. Running a vacuum on both high and low side. To much air in system. Now low side is at 10. There was air in the line. Vacuum on both side let it all out. Unit is cooling so much quicker. Job completed.

Customer is adding liquid fabric softener at start of wash cycle and not at start of RINSE cycle as directed in the supplied use and care quick start guide.suggest reduction in amount of detergent to maximum of one Teaspoon (liquid or power, NO PODS).. also suggest for better results, select Deep Water Wash. also suggest use of The Downey Ball to dispense liquid fabric softener at the correct time automatically. Tested washer in Bulky/Sheets cycle with customer. No parts used or needed. No charge to customer. JOB COMPLETE"

Tested after ran vacuum and verified not leaking. Charged. W proper refrigerant checked for leaks. Found leaking at drier now. Replaced drier. Filled w nitrogen for 20 mins at 140 psi. No leaks. Ran vacuum Charged w refrigerant and advised client to wait 24 hours for temps to cool down. Job complete

Upon observing the customer, with the unit off, they would press start only once. Instructed the customer by pressing start once, all that did was wake up / turn on the unit. In order for the cycle to start, they need to press start again, advised the customer to look for the led light above the start button to light up, that means the unit is set to run the cycles. "Unit making loud noise and not starting cycle. I tested unit and found that the motor pulley had broken off and wrapped belt around motor shaft. Unit needs motor and belt. Motor covered under 10yr extended part warranty. Removed and replaced belt and motor. All tests good."

Customer received error code for moisture sensor error. I tested unit and found error. I removed front panel to get access to sensor and found it partway unplugged. I reconnected and ran diagnostic test again with load of wet towels. All tests good.
