Inspected washer, verified water leak from main tub seal. Estimate to replace gear case, clutch assembly, slider, assembly, motor rot war and motor stater is $1339.20. Found customer using HE turbo detergent. Recommend use of HE only detergent and very, very small amounts typically 1 teaspoon maximum. Replacing part list. Because its bad. Running a heat test and switch is working correctly. Switch is way more responsive then it was and no wiggle of switch. Running pre heat at 350. Unit tested and was calibrated and is finally working as designed. Job completed

"Checked the unit cook top complaint was noises when using , tested with all burners on high ops ok , tested with pot in power burner there was some puppy noises due to the top having some filth oily substance in between the top and the pot advice. Customer to make sure that cooktop should be cleaning clear before each and ever use to minimize noise problems. Other than that unit is working as designed at this time."

Went over unit to find out that unit is freezing right away on suction line. Put gage on low side. Reads -5.3. Joe with tech line. 100 on high side. Put another charge 20g and unit is now charged and now compressor is not running. Now the unit is charged and there is a small leak on this unit. Need a micron gage for future tests. Same sr number. Unit is going under review as unrepairable. Small leak. Bubble test and no leak to be seen. Sr number 7737765839.
