Removed the wash plate (it was stuck on) wiggled the spin basket, ran diagnostics, the unit started spinning, but was noisy ( bad bearings). Suspension is very bouncy. Shaft and bearings assembly, suspension rods, and drive hub need to be replaced. Presented an estimate to the customer, they decline the repair, will purchase a new unit instead."

"Pulled out unit and installed the heater, drain motor and wax motor. CX says the unit intermittently fails to wash. On arrival found one error code. Ran test passed. The unit passed test prior to parts replacement. Reading the tech manual the pump may have an intermittent issue, and to replace the pump. Followed the instruct from the manual replaced parts. Ran test good. I was informed by CX that they moved the drain hose, and the unit did finish the cycle. Checked under the sink. The hose was not setup with a hi drain loop. Installed drain loop into the drain line. Ran calibration cycle passed. All ops normal."
