"IL recall Checked the unit noticed the dampener door not opening , Fresh food section was 54° freezer section was -13° at this time unplug the unit replace the fresh food thermistor check the connection at the Dampener everything look good , replaced The fresh food thermistor turned on the unit the dampener opened ,noticed the air flow was not ideal opened the freezer door and air rushed in good , the return vents are clogged , customer is going to defrost the unit three full days to make sure theres no air blockage in the return vent unit should work correctly after that"
