Found two issues. One the freezer door not closing. It is getting hung up on the bottom the the freezer door. I raised the freezer and refrigerator door and not the freezer door is closing properly. I second issue was the refrigerator door not sealing in the upper left and lower left corners. I heat treated the door gasket and that took care of the gap. I took before and after photos. All functions now checked ok. Recommend leaving door closed for the next hour or so. Job completed.

Found dishwasher not washing bad sump pump replaced retest ok complete.

Assisted Cx cleaning condenser and asked them to re arrange food for better air flow

Put unit into diagnostic and found it displaying an F9 E1 long drain error. Ran automatic test cycle and machine went through every function perfectly. Tested on normal cycle by filling unit up and attempting to cancel and send unit into a drain. Machine turned off but didnt drain. Unplugged unit and plugged back in and attempted to put unit into drain and spin but sensing light only blinked.
