Cx doesnt understand why her compressor doesnt turn off and go into defrost mode as frequently as her old fridge from 1996. I explained to cx that her older fridge has a defrost timer and newer fridges use a defrost bimetallic to determine when compressor will turn off. I checked her fresh food and freezer temperature and they perfect.cx insists that I get her fridge replaced. I Codie my best to explain that Im not in charge of that and that her fridge is working. I explained that you cant compare refrigerators that were manufactured 20 years apart and think that they work the same.

When I arrived Cx said unit is cooling. Said that the freezer was not cold enough. Found frozen cup of water in freezer and it was frozen. Checked for error codes and found e5 ice maker code. Unplugged unit and code is gone. Cycled ice maker and it harvested and filled per design. Temps in unit are good. Cx just doesnt think its cold enough. To me unit is working per design.

Found unit was off.powered back on. Pulled unit from wall. Unit shut off. Unplugged and reset unit. After 4 minutes it shut off again. Calling tech line. Unit has a new compressor new control and thermistor and condenser fan. Unit is reading 1 on the gage and no high side. 5/4/22 delivered. Robert with tech line. No frost pattern on evaporator. 7736800175. Ran a pressure test and unit read 140 psi and after 5 6=minutes it moved lower by -2. Did a nitrogen check. Unit dropped. There was no r134 in system. Put in 134 and put it to whats needed. Unit is cooling. But drops. Johnny tech line. 7736361917 is the file number 800-253-1301. Unit is unrepairable. Internal leak.

"JB out 7/7/23. Customer states dryer does not run. Upon arrival verified electric dryer newly installed using thin foil type Ducting. Instructed customer per manufactures supplied installation guide do not use white plastic or thin foil type Ducting as they both pose a potential fire, hazard, and risk for loss of life. Use only a galvanized steel Ducting, or a heavy aluminum metal bendable Ducting Material. It is the owners responsibility to see that this installation correction is corrected to alleviate the potential for fire. Tested dryer. Verified unit does not run. Unplug dryer from power outlet. Tested power outlet and verified 0 V AC. Went to circuit breaker and reset. Tested power outlet again. Still 0 V AC. Reset circuit breaker is second time verified correct voltage at power outlet now and dryer does run. Recommend customer contact a qualified electrician to inspect circuit breaker and power outlet which is the cause of intermittent operation. Currently dryer is running and operating as designed. Customer will remove existing thin foil, type Ducting and replace with heavy metal Ducting. No parts used. No charge to customer. Job complete."

Cycled unit and found noise coming from water valve when icemaker calls for water. Inspected water belt and found water valve. Screws are coming off causing valve to vibrate when engaged tighten and secured screws. Retested unit now sounds normal. Job completed.

Found leak at high side line at compressor. Vacuumed system down and flushed with nitrogen. I repaired leak and re charged with 48g of R600. All tests good.

Returned today a week later and unit is working as designed. Unit is cold and ice is in ice bucket. Temp in FC was 6 degrees with no food inside which is normal. I moved evaporator thermistor lower on the evaporator to help with consistent defrost. All tests good.

"JB Out 7/7/23. Customer states three times recently water has been found on the floor in front dishwasher. Upon arrival found unit was running (no dishes or detergent added per my telephone request). Opened dishwasher verified detergent suds present and no water leak. Insulation IBehind door panel is dry. Canceled cycle. Added 1 detergent pod. Started Normal cycle. Removed toe. panel cover and verified floor under dishwasher is dry. Unable to identify manufacturer of detergent or its concentration level. Recommend customer against using highly concentrated detergents (2x 8X 12x etc.) as they create-too much suds that will leak out of dishwasher under door and drip onto floor below. After 50 minutes of runtime, no evidence of water leak.No repair made. No charge to customer.JOB COMPLETE."

Removed and replaced door seal. Customer stated that PO has not come back since before I came. Explained that controls are not needed because power outage.
