Found unit clicking on low. Found front left and front right burner head swapped causing the flames not to be directed properly. Swapped burner heads and tested. Unit is working properly.

Upon arrival found unit with gasket on the fresh food section fell on the top part causing failure. Apply silicon on the gasket so that way they can be proper install. Inform the customer day and night they need to put something heavy against the door on the fridge so that way the silicone can glue it correctly. Returns the unit and now unit is working properly. Job complete.

Install the new parts on the unit. Retest the unit and unit passes all test at this time. Job complete

"Checked the unit dead , customer self cleaned , then cooled off ,then the control fuse went bad - cx approved , tested operations unit now heats correct at this time

Found the unit had a loose connection at the gas coils. After reinserting the coil connector that restored the heat. I ran a vent test as well and recommended the customer have it cleaned out. Dryer isolated passed the tested. Heat cycling test passed. Job completed.

"Checked the Left front power burner was not igniting when cold , aligned up the power burner correct and and widened the upper left port , ops now work correct, power burner now ignite correct at this time"

"When I was closing the door I noted some of the LEDs were lit. I checked for fault codes and ran a service test. The unit had no faults and passed its service test without generating any new faults. Found the end of the power cord connected to an adapter that was loose when I disconnected the power. Checked for secure wire nuts. Both lines were secure and there is no evidence of overheating. Opened panel and removed the door latch. During inspection, when I was actuating the latch, something flew out of it. I could not find what that might have been. I lubricated the latch and reinstalled it. I checked all the harness connections and applied a dielectric compound to the connections for better conductivity. Reassembled unit and ran another service cycle. The unit completed the cycle without fault. Started a normal cycle to make sure the unit works in consumer mode. Aligned the door to the latch for better closing. The strike was forcing the door slightly left. Currently the unit is operating a s designed. Informed the customer the service charge is valid for 30 days and off the unit should act up they could recall service without another service charge. The unit seems to be in good condition. I focused on the latch and connections since this was the most likely issue other than a control failure . Both are checking ok currently."

"JB out 3/7/22 customer states washing machine does not spin, clothing, dryer, efficiently and clothes are left wet at the end of the cycle which requires more time in the dryer. Upon arrival found test wash load just ending and verified small amount of laundry quite wet. Found customer had selected casuals cycle. Explain to customer casual cycle will not spin at a high rate of speed as towels, bulky items, heavy duty or whites cycles. Recommend customer select one of these cycles for a higher spin speed which will extract more water requiring less dry time in the dryer. Also advise use of HE detergent only and very, very small amounts typically that of 1 teaspoon maximum. No mechanical issue found. No repair made or needed. Advise customer of one time courtesy no charge on a no defect. Sound service call visit. No charge to customer. Job complete."

Found actuator arm stuck in agitation cycle. Installed new agitator. Operation tested as designed. Did not make the noise at time of service.

"The unit is not powering on at all. The customer reports before the unit stopped working they will see LF, or different F5 error codes. Removed the console, units main control board is receiving proper voltage, voltage to the console (U.I.) checked fine. Noticed one of the inlet valves solenoid was cracked with traces of water leaking. The console assembly, and inlet water valves assembly need to be replaced, and per customer reports, the lid latch assembly as well.

Cycled unit and found all components test normal. Instructed customer on the use of recede and proper cycle selection To improve dry times. Unit is working as designed. Job completed.

Found unit missing the bottom venting grill. Installed and tested. Unit is now working properly.
