The customer is concerned about out getting burned while using the oven if a rack should fall. The new rack fits the same as the other two. Applied downward pressure on multiple positions I do not see specs on weight limits. Customer locked her shoulder put her weight into a corner by the front RH portion of the rack and forced it to pop under the rail. I dont know what kind of item that is intended to be cooked would create that sort of force so I will need to call WPTS to see how they want me to address this issue.THIS UNIT NEEDS WPTS.; saved tckt

"JB out 9/16/24Verify date of purchase as August 18, 2024 from Lowes. Customer states washing machine does not feel good enough water and the report does not run this site. Tested washing machine is normal. Cycled water setting. Verified water is trickling in from the cold water faucet. Shut off cold and hot water faucets. Removed cold water faucet from back of washer and found a screen Installed a the end of Coldwater hose allowing settlement for water supply to fill and greatly reduce our flow. Removed Coldwater hose from faucet and reverse the direction of hose restriction. Flush cold water through hose remove restriction and reinstall Coldwater hose on washing machine and water faucet. Inspected hot water hose and found no screen and no restriction.Reinstalled hot water hose. Open both hot and cold faucets. Tested washer in normal cycle and verified water flow in the washing machine. Washer is filling designed low water setting. Verified washing machine set for deep water wash is filling with the correct water level. She was also agitating as designed. Cancel cycle and verified proper drain operation. Selected drain and spin cycle. Verified unit properly drains water and spins correctly. Observed cycle end and lid unlocked. Advise customer of one time courtesy no charge on a no defect found service visit as todays service call was generated because of the sediment in the Coldwater hose because the screen was installed backwards. No charge to customer."

Right side gasket was torn and leaking air. Replaced and heat treated. Ice maker was stuck with ice cubes. Removed and cycled. Unit is now working per design.

Internal temp of butter inside ff 47.1 degrees when arrived. Freezer ar 4 degreesInstalled new foam sealer tape to connection areas of reservoir. Found condensation and ice on bottoms section of reservoir. Warm air coming in from tube pathway in cabinet. Causing condensation to form and freeze on reservoir causing line to freeze. Tape in place per techline instructions.

Lid glass separation on right side. Replaced lid. Unit working as intended.

Removed and replaced belt and shifter and tested unit. Unit functions normal now.

Unit is making a loud noise. Its the fan. No ice buildup and saw a little bit of food near vent in fresh food area. But now unit isnt making the noise anymore and is making ice. No code or any other issues. Checked vent behind crisper drawers and all clear. Then hear ice drop from Icemaker and filled. All checked out. Checked thermistors and all checked out. Job completed

F0e2 code. Found unit was over suds and causing unit to cancel cycle. Ran full diagnostics test and passed. Unit needs to be ran a clean cycle. Found what was put in bleach section of dispenser was to concentrated. Forming to much suds. All passed and checked out. Job completed.

Found refrigerator with temp full capacity couple items in freshfood area overrunning compressor turn back to cold customer to monitor for 72 hours for better results on temp and sound complete.

Cx stated igniter works intermittently. Replaced igniter. Tested unit. Unit operating as designed. Job complete.

Replaced light module I fridge and unit functions as normal.

Found the inverter had a short in it and was causing the compressor to not turn on. Replaced part listed and unit is now working as designed. Now compressor has heat exchange and is starting to cool.

Upon arrival found frosted under ice bin saw that ice shoot door was not closing all the way replaced it and tested it now is closing all the way advised customer to give us a call back if they have any issues job completed

icemaker failure diagnosed icemaker failure. Removed and replaced icemaker. All OK. Allow 24 hours to stabilize

JB out 9/16/24Customer states washing machine shakes violently and customer has found small black bits of some foreign material underneath the washing machine. Tested washer and drain and midcycle verified unit reaches full speed spin and does not shake. Inspected under washing machine and verified some tiny little black bits of material I have not been able to on a reasonably clean floor. Unable to verify what the black bits are from. Selected quick wash and allow you to fill and agitate. Allowed unit to agitate through entire quick wash cycle advanced to drain and spin. During spin cycle verified cabinet shaking. Adjusted front left hand leveling foot firmly against the floor. Cancel cycle. Tested unit in quick cycle. Verify water fill and agitation. Also verified drain and spin. Unit unit is no longer shaking during spin cycle. No parts needed or used. No charge to customer. Job complete.

Found the ducting was crushed. Rerouted ducting to avoid the gas line and T sharp turns

Unit would not run cycle. Found the unit giving a shifter fault code. Found unit with faulty slider. Removed and replaced slider and tested unit. Unit functions normal now; used 1 W10734521 (Slider) from stock

Removed and replaced diffuser and fresh food thermistor. Allow 24 hours to stabilize

Inspected unit as necessary. Ran diagnostics with Smart HQ. Diagnosed error code last five cycles ran were rinse only cycles. Unit will not open up detergent cup during rinse only cycle. Tested operation. Unit was leaking from drain pump. Technician removed and replaced drain pump. All OK

Inspected deli drawers inside ff cabinet and top one was not on the track. Installed correctly but rails on shelving may be defective. Cx is going to use them now that they have been install correctly. Possibly that parts are new and defective. Calibrated the measured fill and showed Cx how to change filters. Job completed.

Checked thermistors with SHQ the temp of product was 42f the customers thermometer by the door read 50f the thermistor read 35f. There was product directly in front of the upper air ducts that may me diverting cold air towards the thermistor tricking the control into thinking it is cold enough in the fridge. Tested unit through SHQ and updated the firmware.showed customer where the thermistor and ducting was for cooling.

Ran diagnostic tests and found unit not spinning. Inspected under unit and found shifter had popped out. Reinstalled and tested again. Unit cold water was only a trickle. Check water valves and cold was almost completely closed opened and water flow is now normal. Unit is now spinning per design. Job completed

Found ice on fan blade caused by poor drainage of the defrost line. Installed probe and unit functions normal now; used 1 819043 (Probe) from stock

E5 fault code which is a faulty ice maker thermistor. Replaced ice maker and verified 120VAC was going to the heater. All checked out ok

Upon arrival inspected unit found unit only cooling slightly checked for heat exchange unit had very little heat exchange compressor very hot to the touch. Inspected evaporator evaporator had no frost pattern at all. Used UV light to check for die. Found small remnants of UV dye on drip pan checked entitlements all parts are covered for sealed system on this unit until 2025 giving customer a quote for the labor. Total cost of labor came out to $3162.92. Customer paid $175 for service call remaining balance $2987.92. This will need a six job count at least 4 to 5 hours on this job will be needed.
