JB out 3/11/23. Advised customer one year warranty has expired 1/1/2022 as provided by the GE Service Dispatch. Customer states that General Electric had replaced the refrigerator on 3/10/2022 but has no documentation for the product replacement. G.E. Service dispatch lists the date of purchase as 1/1/2022. Customer states the refrigerator does not cool and makes a snap sound repeatedly every 3-5 minutes. Upon arrival found refrigerant section cooling normally but freezer section is room temperature..unit was unplugged and defrosted prior to about 11:39 am today. Customer states no cooling and a snapor other unusual sound and then stopped cooling. Customer is unable to provide proof of replacement date at this time. Customer showed an email from Haier dated 3/4/2022 stating a replacement refrigerator has been ordered for delivery . Photo or email is attached in quick pic form Customer is requesting a product replacement and does not want repair service. Recommend customer contact General Electric to make product replacement request. No repair made today. Collected no money from customer.

Removed and replaced suspension and belt. Tested unit. All tests good.

Found no water pressure at the inlet valve the house water valve very hard to turn on. Recommend replacing valve. Verified inlet valve is energized when the unit is started. Unit ok.

"Performed the vent test first with the vent hose on, test flap stood in place. Removed the vent hose and installed the vent test kit again, turned the dryer on and the flap came off and was held up against the lint filter housing indicating that their is a blockage within the venting, no blockage present in the vent hose from the dryer to the wall. Customer will need to have the vent professionally cleaned to ensure proper airflow.

Complete- cod- frozen fill tube causing water not to fill ice maker mold- dispenser motor is locked up- cx define repair at this time- will call office if they want to continue with repair.

Arrived at cx home and was told dishwasher is working fine now.

JB out 3/11/23. Installed replacement HOUSING ASSEMBLY W11172234 asordeed. Reassembled unit and tested operation in BEDDING cycle.verified proper operation and NO WATER LEAKS found.No charge to customer.JOB COMPLETE

"JB out 3/11/23. customer states when icemaker valve opens to fill icemaker with water. It makes a very loud buzzing noise. Unable to verify valve operation during todays service visit. Listen to customers recording, which seemed to sound normal at the time. Customer also states the left-hand door sits lower than the right hand door, and the handles are uneven. adjusted left hand foot break to properly level cabinet, which raises the lower door. Doors are now 11. Recommend customer remove tow panel grill every three months for the life of a product in order to vacuum and brush clean the condenser coils. This will help maintain high energy efficiency levels. Icemaker will produce ice faster and hotter. Weather and refrigerator will last longer. No parts used. No charge to customer. Job complete."

Customer stated that the unit will not power on. Found outlet is bad. Tested on different outlet unit works to specs. Fixed spray arm tested all works good at this time.

Recommend customer install an air gap device as outlined in the supplied installation guide. If air gap device is not possible due to the granite countertop, run the dishwasher, drain hose with a high loop to prevent water from draining back into the dishwasher from the garbage disposer also found bottom spray arm disconnected. Instructed customer how to remove and reinstall bottom spray, arm and lock in place and recommend it be removed and the filter washed out from time to time. No parts used. No charge to customer."
