"Upon arrival found unit with detergent residue, and dishes not wash. Check the unit and run test mode, water valve is working at the beginning of the test, but no noise or any washing function. Remove the panel and check for voltage at control for the pump assembly, and control is sending 121 ACV. Check the resistance of the pump and is 63 Mohms, this is way of range. This unit has a bad pump motor assembly, and will need a new one. Inform this to the customer and dont want to proceed with the repair at this time. Job complete"

"JB out 8/26/24.Customer states fabric softener dispenser does not operate leaving fabric softener in the dispenser. Upon arrival, ran diagnostics, tested and found no stored error codes. Tested fabric softener dispenser manually verified. Water runs through dispenser. Tested machine again in regular normal cycle and found fabric softener option turned off. Checked all cycles and verified the fabric softener. Option is in the off position. Customer how to use fabric softener option on and off. Tested washer in bulky cycle verified correct water fill and agitation functions. Canceled cycle and observed correct drain and spin operation. Recommend customer use only he detergents powder or liquid with a maximum amount of teaspoon. Recommend against HE turbo detergents as they are too highly concentrated for this low fill, high efficiency washing machine No parts needed or used. No charge to customer. Job complete."

"F8e1 long fill errorUnit was overfilling and leaked all over the customers floor per customer. Unit had a long fill error. I tested unit in normal wash it filled normally and stopped. I could not reproduce the issue. I checked water valve, pressure hose, both drains hoses, and pressure hose. Blew into pressure hose, it blew through no plug at the pressure dome. I blew into the pressure hose covering the other end and no air pressure was leaking out. Customer says she put her hand under the washer and water present. Install looks fine water inlet hoses are fine and the drain set up is normal.; schdld next appmnt for 8/26 MON AM"
