JB out 3/30/22 at request of Whirlpool techline. Per Techline called and spoke with Butch. Answered questions about high and low pressures:High side pressure in Failed state = 0 PSIGLow side pressure in failed state = 17 vacuum. Verified presence if UV Dye at unit compartment ceiling where Yoder loop and suction line enter the unit compartment from the cabinet liner above. Verified no UV dye from either FF or FC Evapotators. Verification photos on file. See SR File 7733211106. Unit has been sent to Whirlpool review and resolution decision to be made within 2-5 business days to ARS tech JB.No parts used. Found bake element heats but before replacing parts want to verify power. Checked power. Black wire has 120. Red wire pulling only 15 volts. Needs more voltage. Unit just installed. After install the customer noticed water dripping from a John guest fitting. Customer had turned water off under unit and called for service. When I arrived I turned water back on and tested for leaks by running water through dispenser and cycling ice maker. No leaks found. I pushed all water lines into their John guest fittings. All tests good.
