Customer complaint unit is too loud and shakes. Ran tests. Unit operating and sounds normal. cx not content with product.Unit is on second story. Is on a pedestal inside drip pan. Advised client that these things all contribute to the units vibrating issue. Best thing to do is to bring unit closer to ground. The higher the washer the more unstable unit will be. Nothing wrong with unit. Unit is operating as designed. Cx

"Verified that water valve is functioning and water is present. Found that the icemaker thermistor was not fastened to the icemaker mold and the thermistor support was damaged and hanging down, the thermistor was wedged behind the icemaker cover. Uninstalled and installed a new icemaker. Advised customer to allow till tomorrow for ice to produce. Customer will advise if problem continues"
