"Customer has the temperature for the fresh food compartment set to 33F, they complain the unit takes too long to go down to that setting. The customer is using mercury thermometers in the unit to determine that. Ran diagnostics, all units ops check fine. Poured some milk in a cup and checked its temperature with a thermo coupler, it was at 34F. Pointed that to the customer, and advised them not to rely on the mercury thermometer, they usually take a while to settle and show the actual temperature, digital ones are a better option. Condenser is dirty, pointed it to the customer, and advised them to clean it at least once a year to allow the unit to work properly, and avoid the compressor from overheating. Informed the customer it is a maintenance issue, and their warranty provider does not cover the cost to do it. Customer said they will take care of it. The 7nit is working as designed."

Cx complaint unit is not dispensing softener. Cx used on towels and colors. Clients loading and clicking smart dispense. Also going out of balance unit. Unit is shaking violently. Per client shakes so much scares her. Checked rods all ok colors match and properly seated all around all areas Asked client to load unit with sheets she said this is the most loud and unbalanced load she gets. Cx not loading correctly. Cx put sheets over middle of washplate. Cx instruct on loading properly and on softener she would need to choose deep rinse. Per softener tray. All ops normal. Showed client best settings and how to load to prevent shaking issue. Called techline they verified all ops normal cx to use deep rinse every time for softener
