I ran multiple tests and diagnostics unit passed all the tests and diagnostics and seem to be working as intended. Contacted tech-support. Ran multiple tests with tech-support and then started a big load of towels during the cycle after the towels were nice and so they stop the cycle put the unit and drain and spin the unit continue to sense and could not start to spend during this heavy load. You could hear the motor dying out ordering a rotor stater, main control board and user interface consul. "Ran unit through automatic diagnostic test mode. And it didnt start up. Last time unit wasnt draining water and I found severed drain pump wire. After replacing harness, Unit was draining last time but pump got stuck in a drain cycle and wouldnt stop, removed and replaced control and units pump stopped running. Tested again and unit never dispersed water. This time when I started unit up the water valve made a loud humming noise so I took off water lines and found rust blocking hot water solenoid which I believe is blocking the entire valve. Customer needs new water lines. Advised customer whenever they got new lines to call us and well install a new valve. To summarize this unit had a served harness, a defective control board, and rust blocking the water valve. MAKE SURE TO CHECK IF CUSTOMER HAS NEW WATER LINES BEFORE SENDING BACK OUT PLEASE. ; ordrng 1 W11385821 (Water valve)"
