"Rinse aid is empty. Customer states they only occasionally use rinse aid. The only evidence I see of a leak is at the front kick plate, the batting is damp and discolored. Looked under the unit and found no signs of leaking beyond this. I ran a service cycle and the unit did not leak. I filled the rinse aid dispenser and ran a cycle to fill and clean any spills . Ran another cycle until I saw no suds. After that I ran another service cycle. "JB out 9/26/24.Customer states after last service visit icemaker is leaking water into the ice storage bin below and ice dispenser will not operate because the ice cubes are jammed due to the water leaking and refreezing. Upon arrival today, September 26, 2024 found ice cubes frozen together. Removed icemaker And reinstalled replacement icemaker part number WPW10300024. Reassembled unit and verified refrigerator cabinet is properly leveled. Cycled icemaker and verified water fill cycle and functions. Also verified no water leaking down from icemaker directly after water fill. No charge to customer. Job complete."

"Removed drain pump and found zipper in drain line ( fell back into pump.) throughly checked for further debris in drain line, tub to pump and inside of drain pump. Replaced drain pump. Ran water into machine and drained it twice to make sure anything I had possibly missed would be drained out. Removed drain line after this and checked it again. And then ran the pump one more time. No more noise, suggested customer use washer bags when washing clothing items with zipper or delicate pieces that old fall off. Job complete."
