Cx states water dispenser sometimes doesnt work. Dispenser will fail to dispense water once or twice a month. No pattern to failure. Cannot replicate issue. Cx doesnt have video of failure. Cannot diagnose issue without failure. Cx also has concerns about her ice in ice bin melting. Ice door making proper seal. Tested ice door by pooling 2 ounces of water down ice chute. Water didnt leak out. Water stayed in ice chute until I actuated ice door. Ice bin gasket intact and making proper seal. Cx had freezer temperature set to 5 degrees Fahrenheit and rc temp set to 40 degrees Fahrenheit. Freezer product temp 7 degrees Fahrenheit. This is within the 2 degree range. Ice cream is frozen solid. Condenser coils are dirty. Cx has pets. Recommended Cx clean couples to increase performance. Also adjusted set temps to 0 degrees Fahrenheit in fc and 37 degrees Fahrenheit in rc. Unit operating as designed. Job complete.

Unit not starting cycle and then when it does it runs the drain pump through the whole cycle. I found that I cant blow air through the pressure switch hose. I removed hose at tub and checked for flash. No flash on outside. Air dome is plugged from factory and caused unit to not stop filling and flooded. Unit will need a new outer tub and possibly a board and pressure switch hose due to high pressure built up in hose. "Upon arrival, I found the freezer was completely frosted over. When I went into diagnostic testing the three-way valve, and the fresh Food damper were running. When they stoped the ice maker fill valve energized and sprayed water. There is an electrical DC short. When I disconnected each DC item the problem did not go away. I then removed a combination of different item with no change. There are multiple shorted item in the system. Recommend changing them all. Case number 7739931065; ordrng 1 WPW10675033 (Board) and 1 W10846539 (Ice fan) and 1 W11087438 (Freezer fan motor) and 1 WPW10248595 (Damper control) and 1 W11170612 (Harness) and 1 W11330971 (User interface)"

"JB out 9/17/24.Customer states unit has no power does not run and water is left inside the dishwasher sump.Removed to panel expose electrical junction box. Remove junction box cover to find junction connector melted, and wires overheated severely due to incorrect installation. Installer has used a non-factory power supply cord and did not tighten the connections properly, causing resistance which led to overheating conditions. See Attached photograph. "Visual and physical inspection plus a functional testing were conducted and found a heavily oil leaking transmission and not engaging with agitator. As I was going to replace the transmission and clutch, I have tried removing the agitator but couldnt. So that being said, transmission, clutch, motor coupling, outer tub, basket, and complete agitator recommend for replacement.
