Swapped out unit shift actuator. Bypassed lid lock to watch unit agitate and spin. Unit shifted this time and instead of agitating whole basket like when I first arrived the motor is making a dull hum and not moving the basket at all. Hand spun basket to make sure nothing was obstructing its movement. Ordering new motor and will install capacitor with it. "Cx states freezer temp is too warm and slow ice production. Rc and fc temps set to coldest setting. Rc product temp on top shelf is 37 degrees Fahrenheit. Fc product temp at lowest drawer 27 degrees Fahrenheit. Confirmed low cool situation. Condenser and evapoevaporator fans running. Compressor is running. Couldnt use gas leak detector for leak detection purposes due to Cx running central heat. As soon as i step into home with electronic gas leak detector, detector picks up on a leak and preventing me from pinpointing leak. Sprayed down machine compartment with micro leak detector solution. Did not find any leaks in machine compartment. Removed Evap cover to check frost pattern. Frost pattern isnt even. Lower half of evaporator seems to have normal frost build up but upper half is light. Provided pic of Evap. Called wpl techline to document findings and further diagnosis. Performed amp draw. Amp draw on compressor was 0.8amps. WPL recommends pressurizing system with nitrogen and checking for leaks and monitor pressures. After changing out 2 pulleys and a shift actuator machine is still trying to agitate while basket. The gearcase is binding up not allowing machine to shift. Will be replacing the gear case shift actuator a splutch kit and wash plate. Unit would not start. Buttons respond but hear board clicking. Removed and replaced board. Same issue. Bad motor. Needs motor and blower wheel. Removed and replaced blower wheel and motor. Tested now working as designed.

Found the unit has a f9e1 error code the drain pump comes on but not removing the water from the tub. No obstructions found. The drain pump failed. I replace drain pump and ran a diagnostic cycle and all functions are now working. I also removed the error code stored. Job completed.

Bake igniter receiving voltage but not glowing. Replaced igniter. Tested unit. Unit operating as designed. Job complete.

Installed the new inverter board as well as the mag tool microwave works OK now

Checked for faults( 8-1 no/low water) and ran a service test. The unit passed the service test. Noted the drain line was inserted all the way in the drain so far there was no slack on the line. Set up drain as directed by the manufacturer instructions. Unit had loud shift action replaced actuator and cam assembly. Unit checks ok.

Inspected unit and no heat from oven. Removed lower panel and found the igniter not glowing. Replaced with part from truck and unit is now working. Job completed; used 1 WPW10324262 (Igniter) from stock

Inspected and found f2 e1. User interface error. Removed front panel and check all connections. Unit is now responding per design. Job completed
